Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The Drug Depot packages and ships its products usually 3 ways:
  • UPS. (United parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Parcel Service)

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible and hereby agree to pay for the order in full, waving any and all rights of chargeback.


Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.


We strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return any item shipped by THE DRUG DEPOT for a full credit or refund for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. We're sorry, but as a supplier we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.

Items returned in new condition with original packaging after more than 7 days after delivery date will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, after more than 3 months it is a 50% restocking fee, and after more than 6 months the item is unreturnable.. Please report any damages, shortages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery by calling Customer Service at 1-800-706-8889 or by e-mailing us at

Before returning anything, Customer must call or email Customer Service to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned back to you.

If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us. Once your return has been received and processed a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

All products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve quality issues.

*If you are sent short-dated products, please contact our customer service department to make arrangements to exchange the product for one with a longer expiration date.

We are constantly reviewing this web site for accuracy and completeness. However, we will not be held responsible for any typographical or photo-graphical errors. We reserve the right to modify the price, description and/or photograph of any item without notification. Photographs are intended to be representative and may not reflect the actual product being offered.


Damaged, incorrect, or missing items claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. Non delivery or missing delivery claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date.
